Advanced Techniques

These techniques will complement the basic movements and sequences learned in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage. These movements will work wonders on those big, hard, muscular types who always want more pressure
The course will go on to teach more in-depth techniques for treating problem areas as follows:
- Deeper pressure techniques and advanced stretches to the back.
- Advanced mobilisation techniques to the neck, shoulder and hip.
- Treatments to help alleviate asthma problems.
- Spinal pounding techniques to help relieve a wide variety of physiological conditions.
- Techniques for the relief of sciatica.
- Compression therapy; a quick effective treatment for relief of aches, stiffness and stress, this massage can be performed almost anywhere, even through clothing.
